The vacuum feeder consists of a vacuum pump (no oil, no water), stainless steel suction nozzle, conveying hose, PE filter, compressed air backflush device, and pneumatic discharge door device.

Vacuum feeders are divided into gap discharge and continuous discharge. Gap discharge is helpful to reduce the investment cost of equipment and facilitate material level control.
