working principle
The machine is mainly composed of chassis trolley, column, hydraulic lifting system, hopper turning system and other mechanisms.When working, first fasten the cone bucket and the barrel, start the lifting operating lever, perform the lifting movement, start the flip operating lever, and the barrel can be flipped 180 degrees.The mobile chassis trolley is tightly connected to the equipment feed port of the next process.Open the discharge butterfly valve on the hopper to facilitate feeding.The lifting height of the machine is 1.8m from the discharge port to the ground, and the overall height of the machine is 1.95m, making it easy to pass through conventional doors in the clean area and increasing the scope of use.
