working principle
This machine consists of several parts such as pulverizer, cyclone separator, pulse dust removal box and fan.This machine uses the relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to crush the materials to be crushed through tooth impact, friction and the impact of the materials on each other. The crushed materials enter the cyclone separation through the centrifugal force of the rotation and the gravity of the fan. The device discharges material.Then, after turning off the fan, the dust enters the pulse dust removal box and is recycled through the filter cartridge. The crushing fineness is adjusted with a screen.The whole machine is designed in accordance with 'GMP' standards and made of stainless steel. There is no dust flying during the production process.
