working principle
The machine consists of a crushing host, a cyclone separator, and a pulse dust removal box.The material enters the crushing chamber from the hopper and is crushed by the high-speed rotating hammer. The distance between the grading knife and the grading plate can be adjusted to achieve the required fineness. The crushed material enters through the action of centrifugal force and induced draft fan. The cyclone separator then discharges the material through the fan shut-off, and the dust enters the pulse dust collector, and is filtered by the filter cartridge and recycled.The machine is designed in accordance with 'GMP' standards. The entire machine is made of stainless steel, and there is no flying dust during the crushing process.
